Gusau (Zamfara-Many indigenes of Zamfara living outside the State have arrive home to vote in Saturday’s Presidential and National Assembly elections.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), reports influx of many people into Gusau, the state capital. They said they registered in the state for the elections.
Some said they had to wait till Friday because they were government workers and could not abscond from their places of work.

Mallam Musa Rabe said he came in with five other members of his family who would participate in the elections.
“I am a petty trader in Lagos but could not come earlier because I had to wait for someone to give me a ride to Kaduna before I continued my journey home.’’
Police Public Relations Officer in the state, DSP Sanusi Amiru, said the police had nothing against the home comers.
He, however, warned that people should be cautious of those they took in as guests in view of the security challenge in the country.
