Jos – Speaker of the Plateau House of Assembly Mr Abok Ayuba on Monday urged Nigerians to continue to pray for the unity, growth, and development of the country.
The speaker also urged Muslims in the state to uphold the principles of unity, peaceful coexistence, and tolerance observed by Prophet Muhammad as they celebrate his birth.
Ayuba gave the advice in a statement signed by his Director of Press, Mr Bulus Atang to commemorate this year’s Eid-el Maulud.
The speaker described the guiding principles of unity, peaceful coexistence, and tolerance as virtues critical to the growth and development of the country.
