The family of the late Dr. Vwaere Diaso has laid her to rest, one week after she died in an elevator accident at the General Hospital, Odan in Lagos Island.
Vwaere, who was two weeks to completing her housemanship at the General Hospital, had her life cut short after she took an elevator that has been faulty in the hospital for a year. She took the elevator from the 10th floor and was on her way to the ground floor to pick up an item from a dispatch rider when the elevator crashed. She sustained serious injuries that eventually claimed her life.
In a post shared on Twitter, her sister, Ese, revealed that she was laid to rest today, August 8. In a tribute shared on her handle, Ese said the pain her family and herself are going through is indescribable.
