Lagos – Mrs Funke Opeke, the Chief Executive Officer, MainOne Cable Company Nigeria Ltd., says Microsoft and MainOne have developed an ICT platform to minimise risk and simplify data domiciliation.
Opeke said in a statement on Tuesday that the development of the platform was the result of their partnership in the country.
“Together, Microsoft and MainOne partnered to implement an enterprise-ready infrastructure platform that includes Azure-enabled scenarios.
“You gain the peace of mind knowing that solutions deployed with MainOne are supported by Microsoft.
“Thus minimising risk and simplifying your move to the cloud with data domiciliation in Nigeria.
“As trusted advisors, the partners are also available locally to lend their technology expertise, while providing other services such as connectivity that improve the quality of solution,’’ it said.
It called for the adoption of data centre collocation and enterprise cloud solutions, saying that it would be available and beneficial as well as save cost.

It noted that Tier III rated MDX-i was the only data centre collocation facility in the country that received the PCI DSS and ISO 9001 and 27001 certifications.
“Our cloud infrastructure ensures quick provision of ICT solutions for businesses improves their time to deploy new applications and services.
