Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels, has expressed her support for the protest against police brutality saying her brothers have been victims.
The mother of one and wife to a wealthy politician, Ned Nwoko, said she had witnessed police brutality and intimidation of her brothers and friends for unbelievable reasons.
“I have witnessed a lot of brutality and intimidation on my brothers and friends by these men in uniform simply because of good looks, cars, or even phones… I strongly support this movement. Say no to unjust killings, no to brutality, no to intimidation,” she stressed.
Daniels joins a long list of Nigerian and international celebrities lending their voices to the protest which had entered its first week.
The actress recently secured another endorsement deal with a hair brand. She revealed that she not only represents the brand as its ambassador but also as a partner in the business.
