Abuja (Sundiata Post) – Former minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode who defected to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) on Thursday in Abuja said some of his criticisms of President Muhammadu Buhari were misdirected.
The former Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) admitted his wrongdoing about his criticisms of Buhari, saying that he didn’t know much of him at that time.
Fani-Kayode said: “A man that I believe would not listen to anybody else in the past, I was quite wrong on that. With his receptive ears, his reception, and those around him; I have seen that definitely this is a man that one can work with provided you go through the right channels.
Present at the meeting with Buhari was also the governor of Zamfara State, Hon. Mohammed Bello Matawalle who Fani-Kayode said was among the three governors, he earlier advised to defect to PDP.
