Abuja – The National Industrial Court of Nigeria (NICN), will commence for Christmas and New Year vacation from Monday, Dec. 17 and resume Friday, Jan. 4.
The President of NICN, Justice Babatunde Adejumo, in a circular released on Monday in Abuja, said that full judicial activities would commence on Monday, Jan. 7.
He said that the directive was in compliance with the provisions of Order 58, Rule 4 (1) (c) (Civil Procedure Rules ), 2017 of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria.
According to him, “during the Christmas and New Year vacation, there would not be court sittings, duribg the period of the vacation”
