NBC Manager docked for N62. 7m fraud

LAGOS – Olubusoye Ayodeji, a former Acting Manager at Nigeria Bottling Company, Apapa, on charged stealing the company’s N62. 7 at an Ebute Meta ’ Court, Lagos.
Ayodeji, 40, is facing charges conspiracy and stealing.
The , Insp. Richard Odigie, had told the court the accused committed the offences between June 2011 and 2014 at the company’s office at Iddo.[pro_ad_display_adzone id=”10″]

He alleged the accused, who the Acting Plant/Logistics Manager, stole the sum N62.7.
The offences contravened Sections 285(7) and 409 the Criminal Law Lagos State, 2011.
The accused, however, entered a plea of `not guilty’.
her ruling, the Magistrate, Mrs A.O. Adelaja, granted the accused bail the sum of N2 two sureties like sum.
She said the sureties must evidence means of livelihood and payment.
