Abuja (Sundiata Post) – In line with his earlier promise to ease lockdown in phases, President Muhammadu Buhari will tomorrow 18th May, 2020 address the nation in a broadcast.
This was disclosed by Aliyu Sani, national coordinator of the presidential task force on COVID-19 when he appeared as a guest on Channels Television’s Sunday Politics.
Buhari will in the broadcast announce to Nigerians whether or not the country would go ahead with the second phase of the easing of the lockdown.
However, the time of this broadcast is yet to be disclosed at the time of filing in this report.
Recall that President Buhari on Sunday received briefing from PTF on COVID-19 on the impact of measured adopted to Curb the spread of the novel bcoronavirus pandemic in the country.
