Abuja (Sundiata Post) – Newly appointed Super Eagles head coach, Finidi George has bagged a two-year contract.
Finidi, Sundiata Post learnt, will sign a year’s deal with an option of an additional year.
The 53-year-old’s appointment was confirmed by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) on Monday.
The NFF however failed to reveal the salary of the new coach.
It is also still uncertain whether Finidi will combine his role at Enyimba.
The former winger is currently the head coach of the Nigeria Premier Football League champions.
Former Super Eagles head coach, Jose Peseiro was on a $50,000 salary per month before leaving the role.
