Kano- A non-governmental organisation, Conference of Nigerians in the Defence of Democracy (CNDD), on Sunday urged all Nigerians to support the incoming administration at the federal level to actualise its mission of moving the nation forward.

Abubakar, who pledged the NGO’s support for the incoming administration of Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, said this would enable him to lift the country to greater heights and meet the expectations of Nigerians.
“Nigeria’s status as a promising political edifice must be sustained and fully consolidated for the sake of confronting the challenges ahead.
“The task ahead is a herculean one given the myriad of challenges facing the country,’’ he said.
Abubakar said that the CNDD believed that there were better ways in which things could be done in the country.
According to him, there is a need for attitudinal change in the country and every Nigerian has an abiding obligation to chart a positive course for himself.
“This is the way to complement the effort of the new administration, aimed at positioning the country on the right track,’’ he said.
He appealed to the President-elect to remain as he is“ in his stand for branding leadership by example,’’ (NAN)
