‘’ Nigerians have seen the dividends of democracy provided by the Transformation Agenda.

‘’ The Federal Government has achieved successes in agriculture, railway, roads and education.

‘’ It is better to give President Jonathan another chance to consolidate on the gains already achieved,’’ he said.

Owhor, who is also the President of Ikwerre Political Forum in Rivers, said that Niger Deltans and Easterners in the UK, were solidly behind President Jonathan in his re-election bid.

‘’ We agreed in our meeting in London to give our support to Jonathan and urged Nigerians at home to lend same support to him,’’ he said.

Owhor urged the Rivers people to vote Mr Nyesom Wike, the governorship candidate of the PDP in the state.

He said that Wike had the potential to turn the state around and move it forward, saying that the candidate had worked hard to keep the party alive before the elections.

He said that the state was blessed with abundant human and natural resources which should be harnessed and put to good use. (NAN)
