ABUJA – As part of its safety campaign and preventive measure, the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) organised a lecture recently for personnel serving at its Headquarters in Abuja, on the deadly Ebola Virus Disease (EVD). Highlights of the enlightenment lecture included signs and symptoms, modes of transmission, sources and prevention of the disease.

These symptoms, he noted, include general body weakness, vomiting, fever, headache, cough, stomach pain, joint and muscles pain, chest pain, bloody diarrhoea and bleeding from the eyes, ears, nose and mouth in extreme cases.
