Nigerian graduates from Belarus Republic’s institutions hold maiden reunion

Abuja – Scores of Nigerians, who graduated from various institutions of higher learning in the Republic of Belarus, will converge on Abuja for their maiden reunion.

A statement signed by Mr Archibong Asuquo, Assistant Editor-in-Chief, News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), on behalf of the reunion’s Organising Committee, said that the alumni would meet on Saturday, April 30.

The statement said that distinguished personalities from different professional background, who received training in Belarus Republic, were expected to grace the occasion.

It said that series of activities had been lined up to celebrate the ex-students’ reunion at Valencia Hotel in Wuse, Zone 2, Abuja.

The activities included a guided tour of Abuja, a general meeting and the inauguration of the alumni association, its board of trustees and patron.

The climax of the events would be a gala night at the same venue, the statement added. (NAN)
