ABUJA – Mrs Olufunke Baruwa, has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Nigerian Women Trust Fund (NWTF).

This is contained in a statement issued on Tuesday in Abuja by Mr Anthony Abu, Communication Analyst of the Fund and made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).
Baruwa before his appointment was a member of the board.
Baruwa a gender and development practitioner had worked with Petroleum Trust Fund, NAPEP and Office of Senior Special Assistant to the President on MDGs, in the areas of project management, gender advocacy, among others.
Baruwa succeeded Ms Aiysha Osori who voluntarily left the position for other life engagements. (NAN)
