ABUJA (SundiataPost) – The number confirmed cases of coronavirus in Nigeria has reached 28,167, according to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
In addition, 634 Nigerians have died from complications arising from the pandemic.
The NCDC made this known in its update released very late on Saturday.
In the latest update, Lagos, the epicentre of the pandemic in Nigeria, maintained its position with 135 new cases, followed by Edo State With 87 new cases.
The Federal Capital Territory and Rivers State reported 73 and 67 new cases respectively.
