Abuja (Sundiata Post) – Nigeria’s confirmed cases of COVID-19 shrinked to 90 on Tuesday, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has said.
The new cases were recorded from eight states including the FCT as follows:
Lagos-33; Plateau-27; Kaduna-17; Ogun-6;
FCT-4; Anambra, Ekiti and Nasarawa-1 each.
This the agency said, increased the total confirmed cases to 56,478 and total discharged to 44,430.
It added that 1,088 lives have been lost to COVID-19 related complications since the pandemic first hit Nigeria in February 27, 2020.
