ABUJA – With the latest report of the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), Nigeria has gone above one thousand COVID-19 cases. The latest figure is 1,095 confirmed cases, the figure having swollen up by additional 114 new cases as at late on Friday.
one surprising aspect of the latest report is the huge number of infections in a single day recorded in Gombe State. The state reported 21 new cases.
