Nigeria’s Foreign Affairs Minister, Geoffrey Onyeama, has tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19).
Mr. Onyeama announced this via his twitter handle @geoffreyonyeama today (Sunday).
According to him, the latest test which came positive was his fourth test.
“Did my fourth Covid-19 test yesterday at the first sign of a throat irritation and unfortunately this time it came back positive. That is life! Win some lose some. Heading for isolation in a health facility and praying for the best. #StayHomeSaveLives #COVID19 #PTFCOVID19, the minister tweeted at @geoffreyonyeama.
Many high profile personalities including some state governors had tested positive for the deadly virus.
