Abuja- The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) has predicted partly cloudy weather conditions in the country’s central states on Thursday, Dec. 11.
This is contained in a Weather Outlook issued by NiMet’s Central Forecast Office (CFO) in Abuja on Wednesday.
According to NiMet forecast, when a region is expected to experience partly cloudy conditions, it implies that there will be more moisture in the atmosphere.
“The southern coastal areas will experience misty conditions during the early morning hours,’’ it added.
The agency also said there were prospects of localised rain showers over the region during the afternoon and evening hours.
“Partly cloudy conditions are expected in the inland areas with chances of misty conditions during the early morning hours,” NiMet stated.
According to the forecast, the northern states will experience sunny and hazy conditions during the forecast period.
NiMet forecast says sunny conditions mean that the region will experience intense sun.(NAN)
