“For a good public relations officer to be successful, such must be of good character and integrity, which would help protect the good image of his organisation.
“We are committed to the progress and development of our members in Ekiti, that is why we have decided that a training and study centre should be established.
“Henceforth, all examinations of the institute will be conducted in Ekiti, instead of members travelling to Lagos and Ibadan to sit for the examination.
“This is why we have decided to establish a training centre in Ekiti , which is the fountain of knowledge, “he said.
He said that the national executive officers of the institute would be coming to the state to organise workshops for public relations officers in the ministries, organisations and local governments.
