Bashar in his remarks extolled the peace the university was reputed for several decades.
Gov. Aminu Tambuwal, represented by the Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Bashar Garba, promised to partner with UDUTH to provide efficient healthcare services to the people of the state.
The Vice Chancellor of the Institution, Prof. Abdullahi Zuru, said that the structures would boost the provision of a conducive atmosphere for teaching and learning.
“The dearth of structures like these ones had limited our yearly admission quota of medical students to about only 100 per year.
“With these additional structures accreditation of our programmes by the National Universities Commission and other professional bodies would be boosted,” Zuru said. (NAN)
