Ogun shut down firm, quarantines 28 over Coronavirus

The Ogun state government has shutdown a firm in Ewekoro, Ogun state, following the incident of Coronavirus recorded in the state.

The state Governor, Dapo Abiodun, disclosed that 28 people who had contact with the Italian victim of the disease have been identified and quarantined.


The 44-year-old Italian victim is said to be a consultant to the Lafarge, Ewekoro factory.

The governor said efforts were on to identify more contacts to curb the spread of the disease.
