Accorpding to him, there are constitutional procedures to be followed for anybody to be suspended.
Oyinlola was suspended by the PDP on November 11, alonside the Chairman of the new PDP, Abubakar Baraje, his deputy, Sam Jaja and another member of the party from Jigawa State
The suspension was to prevent Oyinlola, who had threatened to resume office after a court of appeal judgement re-instated him, from doing so.
