Peter Obi announces date for presidential election campaign flag-off

ABUJA – Governor Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, has announced the date for the official flag off of his campaign.

Dr. Yunusa Tanko, Chief Spokesperson of the Labour Party Presidential Campaign Council (LP-PCC), said in a statement on Saturday that the campaign would be flagged off in Lafia, the Nasarawa State capital on 25 October 2022.

“On behalf of the LP Presidential Campaign Council, we hereby announce adjustment to the campaign timetable as follows:

“Official flag off comes up on the 25th Oct. 2022 in Lafia, Nasarawa State.

“We thank you for your understanding and cooperation,” he tweeted via his official twitter account.

Sundiata Post recalls that several youth groups under the auspices of the Obidient Movement have held matches across Nigeria and abroad in support of Peter Obi.
