Investigations by our correspondents revealed that some fuel stations in Rivers, Kebbi, Ekiti and other states now sell fuel for N1,300 and N1,400 a litre.
In Abuja, the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) sold the commodity at N897 per litre on Friday. But within the metropolis, independent marketers dispensed PMS at N918 and N930 per litre. Outside the city centre, a litre was sold for N1,000.
In Ekiti, the NNPCL mega stations sell at N856, while independent marketers sell at N935, N950, N990, N1,080, N1,150, and N1,350. In Abia State, NNPCL sells at N880, while independent marketers sell between N1,100 and N1,200 per litre. In Anambra, the NNPCL dispenses at N980 per litre, and others sell at N1,000, N1,050, N1,100, N1,150 and N1,200.
In Benue, it is N885 at NNPCL, and N1,000, N1,100, and N1,150 in others. The price is between N, 200 and N1, 400 at the black market, In Oyo State, it is N865 at NNPCL, and N890 at Total Energies, while others sell at N900, N1,000, N1,100, and N1,200.
In Katsina, NNPCL sells at N855 and independent marketers sell between N1,100 and N1,200. In Akwa Ibom, NNPCL sells at N950, while others sell at N1,100. In Imo, NNPCL sells at N887, while others sell at N1,100
In Kebbi NNPCL sells at N897, and others sell at N1, 200, and N1, 300.
In Kogi State, it is N950, N985, N1,000, N1, 200, and N1,230. In Kano, NNPCL sells at N905, while independent marketers sell at N950, N1050, and N1,150. At the black market, it is between N1,200 and N1,300.
In Rivers State, privately-owned stations in Port Harcourt township sell petrol for between N1,390 and N1,460
In Ogun State, petrol sells for between N880 and N1000. In Ebonyi, it is N980 at NNPCL and N1,100 to N1,200 in others. In Gombe, the NNPCL sells at N924 and others N980. In Edo, NNPCL sells at N885, and others sell between N1,100 and N1,250.
In Ondo, it is N1,050, while in Kwara, NNPCL sells between N870 and N890. Other independent marketers sell for N999, N1,100, and N1,200. In Niger, it is N890 at NNPCL, and between N950 and N1,200 in others. Also in Delta, it is N885 at NNPCL, and from N950 to N1,250 in others. In Osun State, it is N896 at NNPCL and between N950 and N1,200 in others.
