The Prosecutor, Sgt. Duro Adekunle told the court that the accused conspired with others at large to commit the offence.
He said the vehicles were owned by Ogundipe Olusola and Thomas Jadeyemi. [eap_ad_2] Adekunle said the offences contravened sections 516 and 390(9) of the criminal code cap 34, Vol.11 Laws of Osun, 2003.
The accused however pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Counsel to the accused, Mrs Bose Dada, prayed the court to grant her clients bail on liberal terms.
The Magistrate, Mr Adebayo Lasisi, granted the accused bail in the sum of N500,000 with two sureties each in like sum.
He said the sureties must reside within the jurisdiction of the court, must show evidence of payment of tax and deposit their passport photographs to the court.
Lasisi adjourned the case till Sept. 18 for mention. (NAN)[eap_ad_3]
