Radio contact with an aircraft carrying almost 30 people has been lost in eastern .

An-26 aircraft have crashed into sea near Kamchatka peninsula or hit ground near a village, several Russian agencies Tuesday, citing sources in .

According to preliminary information, 28 people were on board, including six crew members.

Meanwhile, a civil defence units has been deployed to the area to search for the plane and dispatched a helicopter with doctors and staff on board.
