Rangers urge Christians to celebrate Easter according to COVID-19 health directives

Enugu – The Management of Rangers International FC of Enugu has urged Christains to celebrate Easter in line with directives of health authorities as the world grappled with Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Rangers General Manager, Davison Owumi, who gave the advice on Sunday in Enugu.
According to him, the board, management, staffs, players and coaching crew of Rangers wish the Christian faithfuls all over the world best season in spite of COVID-19 threat.
”As Christians all over the world celebrate the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ at Easter, we wish them and our supporters the best of the season.
”The management, however, calls for carefulness during the celebrations and observanc of health safety rules as directed by the authorities.
”Our prayers is that the Easter season, shall mark the beginning of the end of the pandemic, ” he said in a statement by Mr Nobert Okolie, the club’s Media Officer.
