He urged stakeholders to join hands with INEC to encourage Nigerians to come out enmasse with their PVCs on election days to vote for the candidates of their choice.
He urged the electorate to desist from acts capable of working against the conduct of the elections.
He announced that the commission would punish any permanent or ad hoc staff who engaged in any illegal activity during the elections.
Agbaje also stated that INEC had decentralised the distribution of PVCs to enable more registered voters to collect their cards before the elections. (NAN)
