Abuja (Sundiata Post) – Reno Omokri, the Special Adviser to former President Goodluck Jonathan on New Media, has revealed what led to the current upsurge in insecurity as well as cause of biting economic challenged facing Nigeria lately.
Reno, who tool to his X account(formerly twitter) to expose the genesis of these twin evil bedeviling the nation, put the blame on immediate past President, Muhammadu Buhari. According to Reno, Buhari literally ruined Nigeria and undid almost every good thing we had achieved since 1999.
Putting Buhari’s failures in proper perspectives, Reno Omokri said:
“The insecurity Nigeria is currently facing is the result of the 600 terrorists that were jailbroken from Kuje prison under Buhari on July 5, 2022.
“Even the U.S. and UK warned then that the incident would lead to an upsurge in insecurity. And the economic challenges Nigeria is facing are because Buhari borrowed more than all past governments. Then, when nobody would lend him money anymore, he began future selling our crude oil.
“Even our foreign reserves were a lie. Buhari has used them as guarantees for his profligate lending and spending. Who did we offend to get that man as a punishment?
“Buhari did not just make mistakes. The man himself was a mistake. He literally ruined Nigeria and undid almost every good thing we had achieved since 1999. He was borrowing money in Nigeria’s name to build infrastructure in Niger, where his late father originated from.
“Paying ransoms to terrorists and bandits and looking the other way while his cronies robbed Nigeria blind.
In conclusion, Reno added; “May Buhari never happen to Nigeria again.”
