Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo could miss next week’s Spanish Cup Final against Barcelona after injuring his left thigh muscle.
After a scan on Thursday results were worse than expected, leaving him in a race against time to be fit for Wednesday’s Final.
Ronaldo scored the winning goal four years ago when Real were last in the Final where they beat Barcelona to lift the trophy.
Other than missing the Cup Final Ronaldo could also be ruled out of the first-leg of Madrid’s European Cup semi-final. (kickoffnigeria)
