Kamanzi said this at a news conference on Thursday in Abuja.

The event was to announce his country’s readiness to host the competition.

The envoy said that the tournament would take place between Jan.16 and Feb. 7, 2016 in Rwanda with Nigeria and 15 other African countries expected to participate.
