Scary! Lagos, Oyo, Ebonyi lead as Nigeria records highest daily COVID-19 infections •745 new cases as total hits 18,480

ABUJA (SundiataPost) – In what can be seen as a scary development, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) reported the country’s single highest daily record of new COVID-19 infections.

According to the NCDC, there were 745 new cases on Thursday out of which Lagos recorded 280 new cases.
Oyo and Ebonyi states reported 103 and 72 respectively followed by FCT with 60 new infections.
