Glo Premier League club, Sharks has announced the appointment of Abdu Maikaba as one of their coaches.
Maikaba join the Blue Angels for the rest of the season and will work as the first assistant to head coach, Gbenga Ogunbote.
“Former FC Abuja coach Abdul Maikaba has joined the technical set up of Sharks FC.
“Maikaba’s first stint in the Niger Delta is to beef up the technical unit of Sharks and will be Ogunbote’s first assistant behind the chief coach.

“Maikaba who also worked with Enyimba and Kano pillars was formerly introduced to the players.
“The players are delighted with the new addition in the technical crew as they look forward to a change of fortune in the second stanza of the league,” announced Sharks via their Twitter account on Saturday.
But Maikaba told supersport.com that he is yet to agree terms with the Port Harcourt club.
He added that discussion is still ongoing over finalising a deal with the Blue Angels.
“We are still discussing and nothing has been concluded yet [with Sharks],” he told supersport.com.
However, Maikaba took charge of the team’s evening training session in Port Harcourt on Saturday despite claiming he is yet to have agreed a deal with the Blue Angels. (supersport.com)
