ABUJA – Mr Adeleke Oluwaseyi, the Project Manager Silverbird Cinema, says facilities at the mall have been upgraded to entertain delegates to the World Economic Forum.
The forum is scheduled for May 7 to May 9.
Oluwaseyi made this known in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Abuja on Monday.
He described the company as a pioneer in the entertainment industry and one of the largest media entertainment companies in Africa.
He explained that as part of the upgrade, security gadgets had been installed to screen people and cars in and of the mall for the safety of customers.
“ We have all the facilities, including services for the VIPs to ensure that everyone is safe,’’ he said.
He said that delegates would have the opportunity to watch interesting films of their choices from the 19 movies already scheduled for the week.
Among such movies are Amazing Spider Man2, Finding Love, (Nigerian film), The Frozen Ground, The Other Woman and Heaven Is For Real.
Oluwaseyi said that Silverbird had always been a place that everyone would love to come and relax, adding that the films would be interesting and quite engaging.
“It is our duty to see to their comfort and to provide the best services; the prices are the same just as you have abroad.’’
He said that the mall had no intention to reduce viewing fees, adding, “the cinema operates according to world standard’’. (NAN)
