ABUJA (Sundiata Post) There has been a tense atmosphere on social media over President Buhari’s meeting with international model, Naomi Campbell at the Eko Atlantic city in Lagos on Friday.
Naomi Campbell who is originally in the country for the Arise Fashion Week event tweeted that she was also invited by President Buhari to the Eko Atlantic city commissioning by president Buhari.
The Eko Atlantic city joins the long list of several projects being recommissioned by President Buhari after being previously commissioned by Former President, Goodluck Jonathan.
As Nigerians reacted to this anomaly and Naomi Campbell’s tweet, President Buhari’s aide on digital media, Tolu Ogunlesi, reacted by stating that those who were asking questions about Buhari’s encounter with Naomi Campbell were ‘animals.’
Many were infuriated and reacted promptly.
