The Chairman of Fufore Local Government Council in Adamawa State, Hon. Shuaibu Babas, has passed away after a long illness.
His family confirmed the news to SaharaReporters on Wednesday.
According to Naija News, Babas also served as a member of the Adamawa State House of Assembly, where he represented the Fufore/Gurin State Constituency. He was respected for his contributions to both local governance and lawmaking. However, details about the exact cause of his death have not yet been made public.
