On this week’s episode of Game On, both teams now with four members apiece, strove again to determine who would come out on top in this engaging series powered by Malta Guinness to fuel the rise of the Naija passion. The contestants were challenged to uplift their community and show that passion can also impact on one’s environment.
For Team Fashion, the task was to refurbish a boutique, design and create ready-to-wear clothes as well as organise a runway show to showcase the designs. Team Football on the other hand, was divided into pairs and challenged to costume and coach two teams of amateur footballers into more disciplined sides as well as upgrade a football facility within the community.
Team fashion got to work together with their captain, Lanre Da Silva Ajayi, putting out eclectic designs that became the framework for magnificent dresses. They were assisted by some tailors from the community as well as models to showcase their designs.
Daniel Amokachi led team football to work on giving the Razak Balogun pitch in Surulere a makeover and organised two sides that played an enthralling match with the players energised by the goodness that only Malta Guinness brings. The match ended 1-1.
