President Bola Tinubu has chosen a new group of leaders for the Niger Delta Power Holding Company (NDPHC).
Engineer Jennifer Adighije will be the new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
Ajuri Ngelale, who speaks to the media for the President, shared this news.
Engineer Adighije has worked in both private companies and for the government. She studied at Queen Mary University of London and the University of Lagos.
Six other experts will join her in running the company:
1. Engineer Abdullahi Kassim will be in charge of power generation
2. Engineer Bello Babayo Bello will manage the power networks
3. Mr. Emmanuel Umeoji will handle company services
4. Mr. Omololu Agoro will take care of money matters
5. Engineer Omoregie Ogbeide-Ihama will work on strategy and business
6. Barrister Steven Andzenge will deal with legal issues
This new team is expected to use their knowledge to improve the National Integrated Power Projects (NIPP) and run the company well.
