The former Minister of Women Affairs,Uju Kennedy-Ohanenye, has shared her thoughts after being removed from office by President Bola Tinubu on Wednesday, along with four other ministers.
In a statement issued on Thursday, Kennedy-Ohanenye expressed her appreciation to the President for giving her the chance to serve in his cabinet. She also extended her thanks to Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, for her guidance and support throughout her time in office.
“Her kindness and encouragement have been instrumental to my success,” Kennedy-Ohanenye noted.
In her message to the Nigerian public, she expressed deep gratitude for their ongoing support, saying, “Your trust and confidence in me have been a constant source of inspiration.”
She concluded by affirming her commitment to continue serving Nigeria, pledging to do her best to contribute to the country’s progress and prosperity.
