Minna – Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) in Niger state, issued a total of 32,031 Teachers Certificates from 2005 till date, Mallam Usman Sani, the state coordinator of the council, has said.
Sani made the disclosure on Wednesday in Minna in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).
He said that teachers in secondary schools including private schools and staff schools under Federal Ministry of Education were issued 10, 299 certificates.
He said that teachers in primary schools including private schools and staff schools were issued 16,686 certificates.
“TRCN issued 512 cetificates to teachers in tertiary institutions including federal tertiary institution,’’ he said.
Sani said that 4,534 staff of private schools, federal government staff, staff of private organisations, applicants and inductees from various institutions were also issued certificates.
