Uduaghan leads Delta delegation to Cologne investment forum

governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan, has taken his drive for investment to Germany where the 2014 African Finance and Investment Forum (AFIF) is currently taking place in Cologne. According to a statement made available to SundiataPOST and signed by Pius Mordi, assistant to the State for Information, Uduaghan has made a presentation where he told the business community about the investment in and his vision Delta Beyond Oil. In a keynote address during the opening the forum organised by EMRC, Belgium and DEG (German Financial Development Institution), Uduaghan identified inadequate transport infrastructure as the challenge to development in . He said although Nigeria has security issues, they are exaggerated and will soon be resolved. With the strengthening democratic structures in Nigeria, Uduaghan said the country offers a stable and profitable haven for investors. the delegation include Chike C. Ogeah, for Information; Afam Obiago, Economic Adviser to the Governor and Ben Igo, permanent secretary in the Ministry of Economic Planning.
