The University of Lagos, UNILAG registration procedures for freshers has been released for the 2016/2017 academic session. The newly admitted students have been provided with certain information by the management on how to go about their academic registrations. The Registration Schedule has also being provided for all departments and a venue has been allocated to them.
UNILAG Registration Procedures 2016/2017
UNILAG has released the processes involved in registration for the 2016/2017 academic session.
1. Students are to visit the school website at unilag.edu.ng to login into the portal, fill the Biodata form, print the Screening Form.
2. Then upload the following documents;
- Birth certificate
- Letter of reference
- Testimonial from secondary schools attended
- Certificate of state of origin
- JAMB Admission letter (if available)
- Previous Degree Certificate (DE students)
3. Then proceed to the bank for payment, after which you go to do your data capture at the screening venue and submit four copies of the underlisted documents to the Registration Officer:
- Screening Form Generated From Stage 1
- UTME Result Slip
- Evidence of Payment of Fees
- UNILAG POST-UTME Result Slip
- O’ Level Result Certificate (WAEC / NECO) Or Statement of Result with an online version of the Result
- Letter of Reference from a Reputable Clergyman/Imam/Lawyer/Senior Civil Servant
- Birth Certificate/Sworn Declaration of Age
- Testimonial from Secondary Schools Attended
- Certificate of State of Origin
- Jamb Admission Letter
- Passport Photographs (12 copies)
4. Students are to proceed to their Faculties and Departments for registration.
5. The Final enrollment is for all fully registered students. This will commence on Monday 5th December and ends on Wednesday 9th December, 2016. All candidates are expected to submit a copy of the following documents to the Registration Officers as well as Department and Faculty.
- Jamb admission letter ( if not previously submitted during screening)
- Completed and duly signed Students Biodata
- Completed and duly signed Students Information Form (SIF)
- Payment Acknowledgement Receipt
Impersonation is a serious offence and anybody found guilty of this will automatically forfeit his/her admission and may be handed over to security operatives.
