ABUJA (Sundiata Post) – Controversial activist VeryDarkMan has reacted after social media influencer Ashmusy reached out to him for help in recovering N33 million she allegedly lost to a scammer—despite their rocky history.
It would be recalled that the pair have publicly clashed on several occasions, with their most recent online spat occurring in July 2024 when VeryDarkMan accused her of being involved in a €73 scam.
In a fresh development, VeryDarkMan disclosed that he was stunned to receive a direct message from Ashmusy, pleading for his assistance after allegedly falling victim to a scam.
According to Ashmusy, she was scammed by an individual who has since refused to return the money, even though the person remains active on social media.
Reacting in a video, VeryDarkMan couldn’t hide his amusement. He burst into laughter and reminded his audience of the insults Ashmusy had hurled at him in the past, including calling him a pig and using other unprintable words.
He expressed disbelief over the situation and reflected on how life has a way of flipping the script.
In his words:
“Ashmusy sent me a DM, telling me about somebody that scammed her. Because she want VeryDarkMan to help her recover the money. The same VeryDarkMan that you called a p!g.”
The activist used the moment to highlight how tables can turn, suggesting that even those who once mocked him might find themselves needing his help someday.
