A video showing thugs in Rivers state colluding with INEC officials to whisk away ballot boxes has been shared online.

In the video, a witness could be heard lamenting as INEC officials at PHALGA ward 20 polling Unit 042 on Saturday, March 18 entered into police vans to go to an undisclosed location.
