Abuja (Sundiata Post) – Federal Government has promised to return Nigeria to the world mining map and to launch a number of industrial zones.
The Minister of State, Solid Minerals, Mr. Abubakar Bawa Bwari, made this statement in Umuahia today while addressing a cross section of dignitaries present at the town hall meeting. According to him, “we want to return Nigeria to the world mining map”.
Also in his own address, the Minister of Trade, Investment & Industry Okechukwu Enelamah, promised that the government is going to launch a number of industrial zones, both small and medium enterprises. In his words, “We are going to launch a number of industrial zones, both small and medium enterprises”.

Sundiata Post recalls that the federal government has ceased every opportunity to inform Nigerians of its plan to diversify the economy from oil-based to that of multi-sectorial based economy.
