ABUJA – Nigeria’s confirmed Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) cases have risen to 323.
According to a Twitter update @NCDCgov posted by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Sunday night, two new cases were confirmed in both Lagos and Kwara states while Katsina State had one confirmed case, making a total of five new infections as at 9.10pm on Sunday. This brought Nigeria’s total figure for confirmed cases to 323.
The statement reads:
Five new cases of #COVID19 have been reported as follows:
2 in Lagos
2 in Kwara
1 in Katsina
As at 09:10 pm 12th April there are 323 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria. 85 have been discharged with 10 deaths
There are 19 states with confirmed cases in Nigeria.
