Abuja (Sundiata Post) – Lagos state, the epicentre of COVID-19 pandemic in Nigeria has accounted for 117 infections out of the 423 new confirmed cases recorded in Nigeria on Tuesday, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has reported.
The other 21 states where the novel virus were reported accounted for the remaining 306 confirmed cases.
This was contained in the report released by the NCDC in late hours of Tuesday via its twitter handle thus:
