Women express their sexuality in a variety of ways, including:
•Sexual thoughts and feelings: Women can find people sexually, emotionally, or physically attractive.
Women can express their sexuality through sexual dreams, fantasies, kissing, touching, masturbation, oral sex, and penetrative sex.
•Awareness of physiological signs: Women who are more aware of the physiological signs of orgasm tend to have higher orgasm consistently.
Many factors influence a woman’s sexuality. They include:
1 Social norms and how a woman is raised can affect how she experiences and expresses her sexuality.
2 Religious attitudes: Societal and religious attitudes can significantly affect sexual attitudes.
3. Biology, age, and medications: These factors can also impact sexual interest.
It’s normal for a woman’s sexuality to change over time. At different points in life, a woman may feel very sexual, or sex may be the furthest thing from her mind.
How men expresses their sexuality
A man’s sexuality can be expressed in a variety of ways, including through his physical and emotional desires, behaviours, attitudes, and relationships:
•Affection
Men can express affection through physical contact, such as handholding or lovemaking. Some men find that lovemaking is the easiest way for them to express their feelings.
•Actions
Some men prefer to show their feelings through actions, such as fixing things around the house, tidying up, or taking out the trash.
•Using sexuality to avoid conflict
Some men use sexuality to avoid or cover up areas in the relationship that might be difficult. They may feel that if the sex is good, everything else will fall into place.
